Translink Corporate Finance attended again Slush, the leading Finnish growth and technology company forum. This year our focus was to meet the owners and senior management teams of Finland’s leading growth companies in particular in the software space. We succeeded in scheduling several one-on-one meetings. Our insights on the SaaS and related highly scalable companies’ KPIs and valuation metrics such as churn, LTV and ARR multiples generated lively debate and follow up meetings. Translink team has developed a comprehensive SaaS operative and valuation model. We are looking forward to exciting projects in 2020!

Translink Growth Seminar with Lyyti, Saari Partners and Bo LKV

On the previous week, we had arranged a private Growth company seminar at Savoy for the owner-managers of some of the leading Finnish companies. Many of the participants were in a more advanced stage compared to the Slush growth companies. The keynote speaker was Petri Hollmén, the CEO of Lyyti, a leading Finnish SaaS company with significant expected international growth.

This was followed up by Sami Miettinen outlining the typical growth and negotiation challenges in Tranlinks processes. The power lunch ended with a presentation from Mia Sirkiä, the new owner of Bo LKV, backed up by one of the original founders, Tuomas Mäkelä.

The Project manager at the Bo LKV transaction, Ruben Moring has been called to be Translink Corporate Finance Partner earlier in 2019.
