IPO
Our experienced team supports companies through every step of the First North listing process, ensuring a smooth transition to the public markets and a successful listing outcome.
The process starts by assessing the company’s readiness for listing through strategic, financial, and legal analyses. Together with the management, we define listing objectives, timeline, valuation considerations, and key project milestones. We also coordinate with legal and other advisors to establish the optimal listing structure and smooth process.
Our team crafts a clear and compelling equity story, investment highlights, and marketing materials to support investor engagement and attract strong market interest. We assist in preparing the required legal and financial documentation, including the company description or prospectus, in close cooperation with legal counsel.
Leveraging our extensive investor network, we identify and engage suitable institutional anchor investors. We conduct and coordinate pre-marketing activities and lay the foundation for a successful offering by building investor awareness and interest early in the process. Retail marketing to the public and the reception of public subscriptions are handled by a selected partner.
We manage the marketing and bookbuilding process, coordinating investor meetings and collecting orders from prospective anchor investors. Through careful analysis of demand and market conditions, we advise on optimal pricing and allocation to ensure a well-balanced and sustainable shareholder base.
Following successful pricing, the company’s shares are admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Finland. We support the completion of all regulatory requirements, settlement processes, and communications, ensuring a seamless first day of trading.
Translink Corporate Finance is one of the first (since 2007) Nasdaq Certified Advisors for First North. After listing, we assist the company in navigating as a listed entity, including guidance on investor relations, ongoing disclosure obligations, and maintaining active engagement with the capital markets to support long-term shareholder value.
